Rune Long Table Dinner Series Ft. Adam Puckle
Salad - Summer vegetables over romaine, topped with crumbly feta and herbed olive oil. Paired with Brigand Echoes.
Fish - Blue Fin Tuna fresh caught by our very own winemaker off the coast of San Diego. Served up poke style with ponzu, furikake, white onion, cilantro, and spicy sesame oil over hot honey sushi rice. Paired with 2022 Roussanne.
Meat - Sweet and Spicy Chicken Thighs and Braised Ginger Soy Short Ribs served with roasted mini gold potatoes and a grilled vegetable medley, family style. Paired with 2021 Grenache.
Dessert - Campfire Fruit Cobbler. Paired with Serrano Pepper Mead.
